Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of FoundrySphere, a WhatsApp-first B2B networking service focused on the foundry and casting ecosystem. By contacting, registering with, or using FoundrySphere, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

FoundrySphere helps businesses and professionals discover and connect with relevant foundry-industry members, suppliers, buyers, service providers, and opportunities. Features and access may depend on the membership plan and may change as the service develops.

2. Registration and accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it when necessary. You are responsible for the information and messages you submit and for keeping access to your communication account secure. We may request verification and may suspend or correct profiles that appear false, misleading, or abusive.

3. Acceptable use

You must use FoundrySphere lawfully and respectfully. Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized content; misuse other members’ contact information; send spam; attempt unauthorized access; or interfere with the service.

4. Member information and introductions

FoundrySphere may share relevant business or profile information with members when needed to respond to a search, requirement, or requested connection. Members are responsible for independently checking the suitability, credentials, products, services, and claims of other members before entering into a transaction.

5. No guarantee of transactions

FoundrySphere facilitates discovery and communication. Unless expressly agreed in writing, FoundrySphere is not a party to transactions between members and does not guarantee a member’s identity, product quality, service performance, availability, pricing, payment, or business outcome.

6. Membership and fees

Any applicable membership features, fees, billing periods, and payment terms will be communicated separately. Paid features are subject to the plan and terms presented at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual property

FoundrySphere’s name, branding, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not use them without permission. You retain responsibility for content you submit and confirm that you have the right to provide it.

8. Service availability and suspension

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons. We may restrict access for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, FoundrySphere is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from member-to-member dealings or service interruptions.

10. Privacy and data deletion

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. These terms are subject to applicable laws of India, and disputes will be handled by competent courts as provided by applicable law.
