Data Deletion Instructions
Effective date: September 26, 2026
You may ask FoundrySphere to delete personal information associated with your account or communications, subject to applicable legal and legitimate record-retention requirements.
How to submit a deletion request
- Email foundrysphere@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, or send your request through the FoundrySphere WhatsApp number +91 98225 39394.
- Include your name and the mobile number or WhatsApp number associated with your FoundrySphere account. You may also identify the company or profile concerned.
- Clearly state that you want your FoundrySphere personal data deleted. We may contact you to verify your identity or clarify the request.
What happens next
After receiving and verifying your request, we will review it and delete or anonymize eligible personal information where appropriate. Some information may need to be retained for legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate business recordkeeping. We will explain if a request cannot be fully completed.
